There were many issues with supply chain in 2021 but we managed to get a local sawmill to provide hemlock for the majority of the build. Framing started June 22.
We decided to have a 60 degree angle for the glazing. Our average snow fall can be substantial so it seemed optimal to have gravity keep the surface clear. The height of the foot wall also took into consideration the potential snow accumulation.
It was starting to look like the greenhouse that we had envisioned!
